# Commercial Art Copyright

The Chipmunk Man holder may use the Chipmunk man IP held by him for any commercial use and the resulting income belongs to him.

For example:

1. The Holder may design, manufacture and sell products such as clothing and household items based on the artistic image of their Chipmunk Man NFT holdings .
2. Use the Chipmunk Man NFT image they hold to set up bars, coffee shops, etc.

<mark style="color:red;">**The use of Chipmunk Man's art rights will be free of charge and all proceeds will be his own. No fees will be paid to the Chipmunk Man Team or the Chipmunk Man community.**</mark>

Of course, the holder must agree to follow some rules before using the brand license:

1. The Chipmunk Man Team and Community must be unconditionally granted the right to use the derivative intellectual property rights based on the Chipmunk Man Art Copyright, free of charge and without restriction.&#x20;
2. The Holder must use Chipmunk Man's intellectual property rights and create derivative products within the legal limits of the Holder's country.
3. The user can only use the NFT IP he holds
